Role & responsibilities
3- 6 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital acquisition, ideally in FMCG, D2C or e-commerce. Candidates worked with similar client profiles from agency side is also preferred.
Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Robust understanding of media planning, bid optimization, and budget management.
Experience developing CRM strategy, lead nurturing, and marketing automation program.
Data-driven mindset with robust skills in A/B testing, experimentation, and performance analytics .
Proficient in Google Ads &
Meta Ads Manager, GA4 &
Google Tag Manager, Power BI/Looker Studio, CRM &
Marketing Automation Platforms, and SEO &
CRO Tools (SEMrush/Ahrefs)
