Fit, assemble, dismantle, repair, and maintain dies, moulds, punches, and tooling.
Read and understand engineering drawings and die specifications.
Perform filing, grinding, drilling, tapping, polishing, and precision fitting.
Ensure proper alignment, clearance, dimensions, and smooth movement of die components.
Identify and troubleshoot die-related problems and carry out corrections.
Use Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Dial Gauge, and other measuring instruments.
Perform preventive maintenance and maintain die/tool records.
Coordinate with Production, Tool Room, and Quality departments.
Minimize production downtime caused by die-related issues.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
