Relevant Skills - Should be familiar with dies for Tandem, transfer & progressive press lines.
Hands-on experience in the design of all operations of Die designs blank, Draw, Trim, Restrike, Flange of large automotive parts
Experience in the design of cams
Should have knowledge in the usage of standard parts for die designs from Misumi, Dayton, Sankyo catalogues, die materials & related applications.
Sound knowledge in castablity standards & related applications to die design.
Sound knowledge in panel transfer mechanisms of press lines Robot, Crossbar, Feed-bar etc & their applicRole & responsibilities
