Nutritional Assessment: Evaluate patients’ medical histories, lifestyle habits, weight patterns, and dietary needs.
Meal Planning: Design customized, well-balanced meal plans and grocery lists tailored to specific medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, obesity, heart disease) or fitness goals.
Patient Counseling: Provide continuous guidance, education, and motivational support regarding portion control and healthy food choices.
Progress Monitoring: Regularly track and document patients’ health progress, adjusting dietary intervention plans as needed
