Role & responsibilities
Attend Breakdown and troubleshooting chart preparation (Shift Maintenance)
RCA implementation
PM implementation
ISO Documentation of maintenance department
Spare planning and implementation
Utility Equipments monitoring and coordination with OEMs.
Electrical energy consumption monitoring and saving initiatives.
Update PM checklists and ensure 100% compliance.
Maintain lighting system, wiring, cabling, and control circuits.
Maintain maintenance records: PM, breakdowns, spares usage
Monitor power consumption, load distribution, and ensure effective usage.
Prepare reports: maintenance KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, downtime hours).
Execute preventive maintenance (PM) as per schedule for plant machinery.
Spare issue / receive records maintain




Suggest and implement energy-saving initiatives.
Electrical troubleshooting
Wiring and control wiring
PLC troubleshooting and electrical drawing interpretation
Ladder logic (PLC programming)
Experience in SPMs
Solid knowledge of VFDs and servo drives
Utility equipment knowledge
Pneumatic circuits knowledge

Maintenance documentation (KPIs, PM/PD, etc.)

Preferred candidate profile
Diploma / B. Tech in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing industry

Work Experience: Maintenance department in manufacturing industries only, Automobile
