Key Responsibilities
Provide basic desktop and technical support to users.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Install and configure Windows, applications and drivers.
Handle basic LAN/network and printer troubleshooting.
Support MS Office, Outlook and other business applications.
Maintain IT assets and assist with routine technical tasks.
Escalate complex issues to the senior technical team when required.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of Windows, hardware, software and networking.
Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
IT/Computer-related qualification preferred.
Fresher–6 months relevant experience.
Comfortable working in office at the Noida client location.
Pay: Up to ₹17,000.00 per month
