Leave Planning & management for Electrical Team
Work with the Sr.

Facility

Mgr to review the services delivery, ensuring it is appropriate, operating in accordance with agreed LSAs for Electrical Systems .
Provide out of hours response to incidents. Work with the Sr. FM and team to develop out of hours response protocols for electrical systems .
Take a lead role in managing M&E; projects related to Electrical Systems .
Identify training needs to maintain a competent team for Electrical .
Assist Sr. FM in the development of the annual budgets for both revenue and capital expenditure related to electrical systems .
Manage energy programs to achieve agreed energy efficiency deliverables.
Support the Health and Safety Officer with technical inputs where necessary.
Ensure that M&E; team, vendors and contractors fully comply with HSE requirements.
