We are looking for a Dealer Partnerships & Success Manager in Jaipur to drive dealership onboarding and engagement for the FADA ID pilot — a verified professional identity ecosystem for automobile retail professionals across India.
About FADA ID
FADA ID is a professional membership ecosystem being developed for automobile retail professionals across India. The platform is designed to give professionals a verified and portable qualified identity, employment journey, learning and certification records, achievements, credibility and access to relevant member benefits. We are now entering the pilot phase.
Role Purpose The role is responsible for bringing dealerships into the FADA ID pilot and ensuring participating dealerships remain engaged throughout the pilot.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and build a pipeline of automobile dealerships for the pilot.
Connect with Dealer Principals, HR teams and authorised dealership SPOCs.
Present the FADA ID value proposition and secure dealership participation.
Coordinate dealership onboarding and rollout activities.
Plan and execute dealership visits and employee orientation activities.
Maintain regular communication and follow-up with participating dealerships.
Track dealer onboarding,
employee enrolment and participation status.
Understand dealer concerns and coordinate internal resolution.
Collect dealer feedback and identify programme improvements.
Maintain CRM/pipeline and weekly performance reports.
Support expansion of the pilot to additional dealerships.

Employee enrolment generated
Dealer activation and engagement

Dealer satisfaction and retention
Required Experience 3–7 years in automobile dealerships, dealer relations, B2B sales, business development, customer success or HR/dealership operations. Automobile industry/dealership experience is strongly preferred.
