We are looking for 3 years experience candidate who has knowledge in handling property documents who likes to grow with us in real estate industry.
Should be able to maintain the property related documents of each project wisely and carefully.
Should visit lawyers & banks for legal opinions of property documents
Should visit taluk offices for obtaining Patta, FMB Sketch and other revenue documents
Should visit register office for property registrations and other relevant needs. Should be able to prepare agreements for Clients during property purchases
Should support for site measurements & site drawing follow-ups
We will be providing trainings needed to improve the knowledge and skill wherever required
Should have Bike and must travel for register offices & taluk offices as and when needed
Should follow-up license surveyors for obtaining approvals
Should visit CMDA Planning Office for approval related works
Should be able to support the Project site regarding material purchases when emergency arises due to unavailability of respective person
