Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to employees for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
Install and configure operating systems, applications, and required software.
Manage user accounts, system access, and basic IT security.
Maintain IT assets, inventory, and troubleshooting records.
Coordinate with the IT team for system and network-related issues.
Ensure smooth IT support for BPO operations.
Requirements:
Diploma/B.Tech/BCA/any relevant IT qualification.
Positive knowledge of Windows, hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
BPO/Call Centre IT support experience will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
