Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist to join our team and work on data-driven solutions, predictive models, and machine learning initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Python, statistics, machine learning, and working with large datasets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning and statistical models.
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and validation.
Build predictive and classification models using appropriate ML algorithms.
Collaborate with business, technology, and product stakeholders to understand requirements.
Develop data pipelines and ensure data quality for analytics and ML use cases.
Monitor model performance and continuously improve model accuracy.
Present analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Stay updated with emerging technologies in AI, ML, Generative AI, and data science.

Required Skills
Strong programming experience in Python.
Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Statistics, and Predictive Analytics.
Experience with libraries such as Pandas,



NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms.
Experience in SQL and working with relational databases.
Valuable knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, or Seaborn.
Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization.
Positive understanding of Azure/AWS/GCP and cloud-based data platforms is an advantage.

Valuable to Have
Experience with Deep Learning, NLP, GenAI, LLMs, or RAG.
Knowledge of Databricks, Spark, PySpark, MLflow, or similar platforms.
Experience deploying ML models into production.
Knowledge of MLOps and CI/CD practices.
Exposure to financial services, banking, or fintech domains.

Education Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
