Detailed - Skill Set:
More than 5 years of experience of working in any EDMS tools like Omega Pims or Aconex , etc.
Experience in Document Control for Major Capital Projects in Upstream Oil and Gas domain – Awareness of all project phases from Pre-FEED till handover to operations and associated deliverables.
Conversant with industry best practices for Document Distribution Matrices, Workflow configurations, Transmittals, Regulatory document management, etc.
Experience in Data analysis and visualization for regular Document Control tasks with tools like MS Excel, MS Access , Power BI reports, etc.
Excellent oral and written communication skills:- Ability to communicate with client Project Information Manager on a daily basis.




Excellent presentation skills to train document controllers from external EPC contractors on client document submission requirements
Work in evening shift from 5 pm to 2:30 am IST.
