We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to handle and grow our online presence and generate quality leads for our real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects.
Manage Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile and other social media platforms.
Create and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Generate and manage quality leads through digital channels.
Develop engaging content for social media posts, reels, videos and advertisements.
Coordinate with designers and content creators for marketing materials.
Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions and advertising budgets.
Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and cost per lead.
Conduct basic market and competitor research.
Maintain regular reports on digital marketing activities and campaign performance.
Support website and landing-page marketing activities.
Stay updated with current digital marketing trends and advertising strategies.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in Real Estate / Construction.
Good knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Experience in social media management and lead generation.
Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics and website/landing-page optimization.
Good communication and creative content skills.
Ability to analyze campaign data and make improvements.
Knowledge of Canva or similar design tools will be an advantage.
