We are looking for a responsible and target-oriented Debt Recovery Collector to handle customer accounts, payment follow-ups, and collection activities.
Key Responsibilities
Contact customers through calls and other approved communication channels regarding outstanding payments.
Follow up with customers for pending EMI/dues and payment commitments.
Explain outstanding amounts, payment details, and available payment options to customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups on assigned accounts.
Record customer responses, payment commitments, and collection updates accurately.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate assistance.
Follow company policies, customer communication guidelines, and compliance requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
