Collect and verify the materials, invoices, and delivery documents before leaving for delivery.
Deliver products safely and on time to customers, clinics, hospitals, and other designated locations.
Obtain customer acknowledgement/signature for all deliveries and submit the documents to the office.
Handle products carefully and ensure there is no damage or loss during transportation.
Coordinate with the warehouse, billing, and sales teams regarding delivery schedules and customer requirements.
Collect payments or cheques from customers whenever instructed by the company and hand them over to the accounts team promptly.
Maintain proper records of deliveries, collections, and returned materials.
Follow company procedures, traffic rules,
and safety requirements at all times.
Report any delivery issues, customer concerns, delays, or discrepancies to the concerned team immediately.
Maintain the assigned vehicle/bike in positive condition and ensure required documents are available and valid
