Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies using SolidWorks.
Create 3D CAD models, detailed drawings, and design documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D;, production, and quality) to refine designs for manufacturability.
Develop and test functional prototypes using 3D printing, CNC machining, or other rapid prototyping methods.
Conduct design reviews, tolerance analysis, and stress simulations to ensure performance and reliability.
Support the product lifecycle from concept through production and iteration.
