Review target vs. achievement and identify business gaps.
Develop corrective action plans to close identified gaps.
Monitor order booking, revenue contribution and business growth from industrial projects.
2)-Project Pipeline & Prospect Management
Monitor the complete project funnel from lead generation to order conversion.
Review region-wise and product-wise project pipelines.
Ensure adequate qualified pipeline to support business targets.
Monitor major and high-value industrial opportunities.
Review opportunity value, stage, probability, expected order date and next action.
Analyze lost opportunities and identify key reasons for non-conversion.
Ensure timely movement of opportunities through the project funnel.
3)-Region-wise Team Mentoring
Monitor performance of project/business teams across assigned regions.
Review individual and regional targets, achievement and pipeline.
Conduct structured weekly and monthly business reviews.
Identify performance gaps and support teams in critical opportunity conversion.
Ensure disciplined CRM/project tracking and timely updating of opportunities.
Guide teams in prioritizing high-value and high-probability projects.
4)-Industrial Customer & Project Development
Identify and develop current industrial project prospects.
Build relationships with industrial customers, consultants, EPC/project companies and key decision-makers.
Support regional teams in developing strategic industrial accounts.
Identify opportunities for multiple FRP/GRP product applications within the same customer or project.
Participate in key customer meetings, technical discussions and commercial negotiations.
Strengthen EPPs position with key industrial customers and project stakeholders.
