We are looking for a confident and energetic Student Enrollment & Counselling Executive to connect with students, understand their career goals, explain suitable training programs, and convert enquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective students.
Counsel students about courses, fees, and career opportunities.
Handle enquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain lead records and regular follow-ups.
Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
Build good relationships with students and parents.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, counselling, inside sales, or customer service.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Arts graduates preferred.
Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
Basic computer knowledge.
Education/training industry experience is an advantage.
