We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-Commerce Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for various e-commerce and field - related positions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for e-commerce and retail positions
Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
Visit vendors and clients on a daily basis and arrange line up
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process
Handle bulk hiring and multiple requirements simultaneously
Achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets and closure timelines
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports
Coordinate with clients/hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
Ensure smooth onboarding and joining of selected candidates
Preferred Experience
13 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
Experience in e-commerce, retail, logistics, warehouse, delivery, customer support, or related hiring will be preferred
Experience in bulk hiring will be an added advantage
Candidates with strong Naukri/Job Portal sourcing experience are preferred

Salary
20,000 – 35,000 per month
Salary will be based on experience and recruitment expertise.
