Job Purpose

Chandigarh University is seeking an experienced and energetic Deputy Manager HR to manage and support key HR functions, with a strong focus on recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, selection, and offer management.
Work closely with departmental heads and stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closure of positions.
Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire quality talent.
Ensure proper HR documentation and maintain accurate employee records, recruitment documents, and related reports.
Manage and coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth joining experience for new employees.
Conduct joining formalities and coordinate with relevant departments for seamless employee integration.
Build and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.




Ensure regular communication and coordination with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Track recruitment progress and prepare regular MIS and status reports.
Support HR initiatives, policies, and process improvements as required.
Ensure a positive candidate and employee experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding
lifecycle.

Qualification Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
