Role Overview
We are looking for a target-driven and enthusiastic Education Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and counselling skills, along with experience in Overseas Education / EdTech / Student Counselling / Inside Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding Overseas Education programs, universities, courses and career opportunities.
Handle inbound and outbound calls and follow up with prospective students.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses/universities.
Convert leads into enrolments through effective counselling and follow-ups.
Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Achieve monthly admission/sales targets.
Maintain accurate lead and counselling records in CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for the admission/enrolment process.
Provide excellent student service throughout the counselling journey.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Education Counselling, Overseas Education, EdTech, Inside Sales or related fields.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Robust calling and follow-up ability.
Target-oriented with a positive and competitive approach.
Ability to handle objections and convert leads.
Positive knowledge of MS Office/CRM and WhatsApp communication.
Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
