Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Business Development qualified to drive student enrollments and business growth for our technical training programs. The role involves lead generation, student calling and counselling, college/TPO engagement, and building relationships with corporate HRs for internship and placement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calling, networking, college visits, and other channels.
Call and engage with students to pitch technical courses and convert leads into enrollments.
Explain course advantages, internship opportunities, and placement assistance.
Build and maintain relationships with colleges, TPOs, placement coordinators, students, and company HRs.
Identify opportunities for college partnerships, student programs, internships, placements, and corporate collaborations.




Develop new business opportunities and contribute towards achieving sales targets.
Maintain lead, follow-up, and conversion records.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transition from enrollment to training, internship, and placement.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Education Sales, Inside Sales, Student Counselling, or related fields.
Any Graduate/Postgraduate can apply.
Sales/Business Development background preferred.
Excellent communication, convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
Comfortable with outbound calling and occasional college visits.
Experience in EdTech, training, recruitment, staffing, or skill development will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
