Understand students’ interests, skills, and career goals to recommend suitable courses.
Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
Conduct effective follow-ups with prospective students and maintain enquiry records.
Convert enquiries and walk-ins into admissions by clearly explaining course advantages and career prospects.
Coordinate with the academic and admission teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding process.
Address student and parent concerns related to fees, course structure, placements, and career prospects.
Maintain daily reports of calls, follow-ups, walk-ins, conversions, and admissions.
Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets through effective communication and relationship building.
Build positive relationships with students and parents while representing the institute professionally.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
