Roles & responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable .Net applications using C#, ASP.Net Core, and related technologies.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of software engineers, fostering a team-oriented and high-performing setting.
Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural patterns to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to deployment and support.
Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring the stability and performance of applications.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their applicability to Techwave's projects.
Participate in hiring and onboarding of current team members.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
Required Skills:
Experience with ReactJS, Redux and Typescript -Must have
Experience with Dotnet Core language Must have

Azure cloud experience - Nice to have
