Bayut constructions is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to build our online presence, generate leads, and showcase our construction projects to prospective clients and partners.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta) targeting homeowners, developers, or commercial clients
Manage social media accounts, showcasing project photos, videos, and before/after content
Write and manage blog content, case studies, and project spotlights
Manage email campaigns for leads, past clients, and referral partners
Track campaign performance and lead generation metrics (cost per lead, conversion rate)
Coordinate with project managers/field teams to gather content (photos, videos, testimonials)
Manage online reviews and reputation (Google, Yelp, Houzz, etc.)
Support trade show, sponsorship, and local marketing efforts

Requirements
2+ years of digital marketing experience
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and social platforms
Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile management
Robust copywriting and visual storytelling skills
Familiarity with CRM/email tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
