Hiring: Vice President – Business Finance | Cash Business Unit

We are looking for an experienced Business Finance Leader to drive financial performance, profitability, revenue management, and strategic planning for our Cash Business Unit .

Key Responsibilities
Lead Business Finance for the Cash Business Unit, driving revenue, EBIT and profitability targets.
Own revenue management and revenue assurance , ensuring zero/minimal revenue leakage.
Drive cost optimization, margin improvement and operational efficiency across the business.
Identify and reduce financial/operational losses across IAD, Non-IAD and WLA operations.
Monitor and manage customer SLA penalties and their financial impact.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, business planning and financial performance reviews.




Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation and financial discipline.
Lead, mentor and develop high-performing finance teams.

Candidate Profile
15+ years of experience in Business Finance / FP&A; / Commercial Finance / Revenue Assurance .
Robust experience in P&L; management, profitability, cost optimization and revenue management .
Experience in Payments / Banking / Financial Services preferred.
Strong understanding of revenue leakage, financial controls and business performance.
Excellent analytical, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership, communication and people-management capabilities.
