Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Data Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure Data Services, and Enterprise Data Architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, governing, and optimizing enterprise data solutions that support Dynamics 365 applications, Power Platform initiatives, analytics, and digital transformation programs.
This role requires a deep understanding of data modeling, integration patterns, cloud architecture, data governance, and Microsoft technologies to enable scalable, secure, and high-performing business solutions.

Responsibilities:
Design and implement enterprise data architecture strategies aligned with business objectives.
Architect data solutions supporting Dynamics 365 CE, Finance & Operations, Customer Service, Sales, and Power Platform applications.
Develop logical and physical data models, data dictionaries, and metadata management frameworks.
Design and implement data integration solutions using:
Azure Data Factory
Azure Synapse Analytics
Azure Data Lake
Dataverse
Power Automate
Logic Apps
SSIS and APIs
Establish enterprise data governance, data quality, master data management (MDM), and security standards.
Lead data migration, transformation, and modernization initiatives.
Design data warehousing and analytics solutions for Power BI reporting and enterprise insights.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and infrastructure teams to define data requirements.
Optimize database performance, scalability,



and reliability across cloud and hybrid environments.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
Provide technical leadership and best practices for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform data architecture.

Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience in Data Architecture and Enterprise Data Management.
Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
Hands-on expertise with:
Microsoft Dataverse
Power Apps
Power Automate
Power BI
Dynamics 365 CE/F&O;
Extensive experience with Azure data technologies:
Azure Data Factory
Azure Synapse Analytics
Azure Data Lake Storage
Azure SQL Database
Azure Functions
Strong understanding of data modeling techniques (Conceptual, Logical, and Physical).
Experience designing API-based and event-driven integrations.
Knowledge of SQL Server, ETL processes, and data warehouse architecture.
Experience implementing data governance and master data management frameworks.
Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
