How You’ll Contribute

Responsible for design, development, support and optimization of Envestnet’s critical software programs that power wealth management, data aggregation and operational workflows. Ensures applications are highly available, secure and compliant with company and regulatory standards, while meeting the needs of advisors, clients and internal teams. Manages integrations, monitors performance and ensures effective incident resolution. Ensures applications are scalable, efficient and resilient.

- Collaborates with allied teams (Architecture, Engineering, Technical Operations and Quality) to develop detailed application implementation solutions.
- Architects, develops, builds and implements highly secure, compliant, resilient, cost effective and high performing solutions.
- Develops, builds, configures, customizes, integrates and tests solutions.
- Investigates opportunities to use new and emerging technologies.
- Develops and delivers key reporting metrics and insights related to the cost and utilization of enterprise applications.
- Ensures application of standard operating procedures for development, deployment, support, break-fix and systems management.
- Collaborates with technical experts to troubleshoot and resolve escalated client operations, production, integration or application issues.
- Designs, develops, and deploys enterprise AI agents, copilots, and AI-powered automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Anthropic Claude, integrating enterprise knowledge sources, business workflows, and cloud AI services.
- Develops AI-powered automation and workflow solutions that integrate with enterprise platforms,



including Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Teams, Share Point, and cloud services.
- Implements and optimizes Large Language Model (LLM) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, leveraging APIs, enterprise knowledge repositories, and modern AI development practices.
- Ensures AI solutions align with enterprise security, governance, privacy, and responsible AI standards while supporting scalable, production-ready implementations.

What You’ll Need to Bring

- Candidates should demonstrate the relevant experience, skills, and capabilities needed to successfully perform in the role. Relevant experience may be gained through current responsibilities, prior roles, project work, leadership opportunities, or other comparable experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
- Solid hands-on experience developing enterprise AI solutions using Anthropic Claude, with additional experience in Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or other commercial LLM platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern software development practices.
- Experience integrating APIs, SDKs, and cloud services.
- Hands-on experience building AI agents, chatbots, or conversational AI applications.
- Experience with prompt engineering, RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
- Knowledge of Azure AI Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Microsoft Graph APIs.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Haves

- Experience designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions using Anthropic Claude, including prompt engineering, workflow automation, knowledge retrieval, and enterprise AI use cases.
- Experience building Copilot Studio agents integrated with Microsoft 365 services.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with Microsoft Graph, Share Point Online, Teams, One Drive, Exchange Online, and other Microsoft 365 services.
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, or AWS Sage Maker.
- Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI Engineer, or Azure Developer certifications.
- Experience working in enterprise environments with strong security and compliance requirements.
