Manage seller accounts on e-commerce marketplaces such as Flipkart, Myntra, Amazon, Ajio etc.
Create and update product listings, titles, descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and inventory.
Monitor and process orders, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Maintain accurate product and inventory information across marketplaces.
Monitor account health, seller performance, and marketplace notifications.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, inventory, catalogues, and customer issues.
Identify and resolve listing, order, payment, and account-related issues.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly marketplace reports.
Monitor product performance, sales, and overall marketplace activities.
Ensure timely responses to marketplace queries and seller support tickets.
Follow marketplace policies and guidelines to maintain valuable account performance.
