Key Responsibilities
Manage product listings on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Jio Mart, Tata Cliq company website, etc.).
Upload/update product images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory.
Handle order processing, coordination with warehouse/dispatch, and tracking shipments.
Monitor daily sales, returns, ratings, and customer queries.
Run basic promotions, deals, and campaigns on portals.
Coordinate with production/supply team to maintain accurate stock availability online.
Prepare e-commerce sales reports and performance metrics.
Required Skills
Knowledge of major e-commerce platforms & seller dashboards.
Solid Excel skills and ability to manage product data.
Valuable communication and coordination abilities.
Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus.
Qualification
Graduate in any field (Commerce/Marketing preferred).
3–4 years’ experience in e-commerce operations (manufacturing or retail preferred).
Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
