We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior E-commerce Executive to manage daily online marketplace operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience with order processing, inventory management, and marketplace platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end order processing across platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify)
Manage and update inventory regularly to ensure stock accuracy
Work on the Shiprocket panel for order processing, tracking, and shipment coordination
Maintain listing hygiene across all marketplaces (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, etc.)
Assist in creating and managing Amazon A+ Content
Monitor orders, returns, cancellations, and resolverelated issues
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment
Ensure timely dispatch and delivery tracking
Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify
Understanding of order processing workflows
Experience in inventory management
Familiarity with Shiprocket (preferred)
Knowledge of Amazon A+ Content (preferred)
Ability to maintain listing quality and accuracy
Positive attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
