Roles and Responsibilities:
Define and own the front-end architecture strategy for large-scale web platforms built on ReactJS and micro-frontend patterns.
Lead engineering teams across multiple workstreams and ensure consistent delivery standards across the UI platform.
Drive technical decisions around module federation, shared component architecture, and front-end integration patterns.
Partner with product, architecture, and SRE teams to align delivery priorities and platform roadmaps.
Establish engineering practices that improve code quality, release readiness, and platform reliability.

Skills Required:
14 to 17 years of overall experience,



including 5+ years in a Director-level leadership role.
Robust hands-on experience with ReactJS, Redux, and up-to-date front-end architecture.
Deep architecture ownership for micro-frontends and module federation in enterprise-scale environments.
Experience leading large engineering organizations and delivering complex platform initiatives.
Strong understanding of front-end scalability, integration patterns, and UI platform governance.

Positive to Have
People management experience across large, distributed engineering teams.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
