Experience Required:
Minimum 1 year of International Customer Support / Customer Handling experience
Graduate (Mandatory)
Solid written English communication skills.

Job Role:
Handle customer queries through Email
Provide accurate and timely resolutions
Ensure high-quality customer service
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

Compensation:
CTC: Up to 36,000 per month
In-hand during training: Approx. 29,500 per month
Performance Incentive: Up to 1,000 per month

Rotational Shifts & Week Offs
