Electronics Engineer – BESS | Testing & Validation

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech – Electronics, ECE, Electrical or related field

DoodEnough Energy (GEE) is focused on Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and energy-storage solutions. The company’s work involves the development, integration, manufacturing, testing, and deployment of battery-based energy-storage systems.

Key Responsibilities
Test and validate BESS, Li-ion battery packs, BMS and power electronics systems.
Perform functional, electrical, thermal, performance and safety testing.
Troubleshoot BMS, inverter, charger, converter, sensors and control circuits.
Conduct failure analysis, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Work on BMS–PCS–EMS communication and system integration.
Execute DVP/DVP&R;, FAT, SAT and commissioning activities.
Perform circuit-level and system-level testing using appropriate test equipment.
Support NPD,



prototype validation and product improvement.
Prepare test reports, validation reports and technical documentation.
Coordinate with R&D;, Production, Quality and Installation & Commissioning teams.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience with BESS/Li-ion batteries and BMS.
Valuable knowledge of power electronics and electronic circuits.
Understanding of CAN, RS485, Modbus and other communication interfaces.
Solid troubleshooting and failure-analysis skills.
Experience with inverters, chargers, DC-DC converters or UPS/PCS is preferred.
Knowledge of battery safety and HV systems.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
