Role & responsibilities
Lead and manage IT Infrastructure and End User Support (EUS) operations.
Manage day-to-day IT support and infrastructure services to ensure business continuity.
Lead and mentor the IT support/infrastructure team and ensure effective resource utilization.
Manage and support MES (Manufacturing Execution System) infrastructure and related IT operations.
Coordinate with business, plant operations, vendors, and other IT teams to resolve critical issues.
Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of IT infrastructure and end-user services.
Drive incident, problem
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 12 years of overall experience in IT Infrastructure and End User Services (EUS).
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Deputy Manager, should be in a manufacturing organization.
Experience in managing IT operations within a manufacturing setting is highly preferred.
