Digital Marketing Lead TRUE ARTIS

Role & Responsibilities
Own the complete digital marketing function for TRUE ARTIS.
Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Manage monthly marketing budgets with accountability for leads, CAC, conversion and revenue.
Improve lead quality by continuously refining audiences, keywords, creatives and landing pages.
Own the SEO strategy to improve organic traffic and rankings for high-intent keywords.
Coordinate with creative, content, website, sales and operations teams.
Track the complete customer funnel—from campaign click and lead generation to consultation and procedure.
Build dashboards and share weekly performance reports with clear insights and action plans.
Manage remarketing, competitor analysis and location-specific campaigns for multiple centres.
Lead agency and external partner relationships, wherever required.

Preferred Candidate Profile
4–7 years of experience in performance or digital marketing.
Solid hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Google Search Console and SEO.




Proven experience managing meaningful advertising budgets and generating high-quality leads.
Strong understanding of CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate and marketing attribution.
Healthcare, aesthetics, D2C, real estate, education or another high-consideration category experience preferred.
Analytical, target-oriented and comfortable taking complete ownership.
