Own and manage the end-to-end IT Disaster Recovery Program.
Plan, schedule, and lead Disaster Recovery drills and exercises across infrastructure and applications.
Develop and maintain Disaster Recovery policies, procedures, runbooks, and recovery plans.
Perform Business Impact Analysis (BIA) reviews and align DR strategies with business requirements.
Manage DR readiness, risk registers, RCA documentation, and corrective action tracking.
Ensure successful closure of internal, external, regulatory, and compliance audits.
Oversee backup and restoration processes, restoration drills, and offsite media management.
Coordinate with infrastructure, application, business, and vendor teams for DR activities.
Drive disaster recovery automation initiatives and continuous process improvements.
Present ITDR status, risks, and readiness reports to senior management and governance committees.
