Summary of the Role
Responsible for all maintenance activities in Engine Plant Akurdi.
Exposure in CNC Machines, Electrical & utility services Maintenance is must.
Problem solving and analytical skills with communication & presentation skills.
Knowledge of safety, Statutory & sustainability requirement and knowledge of TPM, QMS, EMS.

Details of the Job
Should independently be able to attend Electronics / electrical breakdown of 1 phase and 3 phase supply.
Ready to work along with project team.
In Depth knowledge of PLC and CNC machines, Switch gears.
Hand on Experience of Fanuc, Mitsubishi and Siemens controller, Drives and Motors. (AC & DC servo drives & Motors).
In depth Troubleshooting Exposure of CNC, PLC & Ladder logic of Machines and




Ability to Read & understand Ladder logic, Electrical circuit, wire diagram of machines.
Sound Maintenance experience of BFW HMC, VMC, Mazak Machines, SPMs etc.

Technical Requirements
Sound Knowledge of Maintenance of CNC machines, Electrical, Electronics and Utility services.

Behavioural Requirements:
Effective communication & presentation skills.
Cooperative & Team approach.

Qualification Requirements:
Mandatory for the Role: Diploma or BE Electrical / Electronic Engineering (Preferred: BE)
Experience: Min 5 Years to Max 8 Years (Candidate's Age Maxm: 30 Years)
