We are looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to support MV, HV, and EHV

Substation Projects. The role involves detailed engineering, equipment selection, power system studies, cable engineering, earthing and lightning protection design, and project execution support through commissioning.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and review SLDs, substation layouts, equipment layouts, cable schedules, BOQs,

and technical specifications.
Perform electrical design calculations and power system studies using ETAP.
Execute cable engineering, earthing system design, lightning protection, and lighting calculations.
Support equipment engineering and selection for transformers, switchgear, GIS/AIS equipment, and associated systems.
Review vendor documents, support technical evaluations,



and procurement activities.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and customers.
Provide technical support during construction, testing, FAT, SAT, and commissioning.

Required Skills
Substation Primary Engineering (AIS/GIS)
Power System Studies
Cable Engineering & Electrical Design Calculations
Earthing & Lightning Protection Design
Technical Specification Preparation & Vendor Document Review
Knowledge of IEC, IEEE, and IS Standards

Software Skills
Mandatory: ETAP, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office
Preferred: DIALux Evo, Revit, BIM Tools, MicroStation

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Power Systems specialization preferred
