Responsibilities
Establish and maintain hands-on relationships with business, finance, and operations teams to deeply understand their needs
Translate business requirements into creative, scalable solutions in partnership with engineering teams




Take full ownership and personal accountability for the successful delivery of your projects
Independently lead multiple concurrent programs and projects through the entire lifecycle, including scope definition, requirements gathering, planning, delivery, and prioritization
Drive on-time delivery and deployment by establishing explicit checkpoints and milestones
Proactively communicate status updates and progress to both internal and external stakeholders
Bring clarity, structure, and focus to ambiguous situations in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Approach challenges with curiosity, continuously seeking to understand how systems and processes work
Play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the global organization through delivery of high-impact projects and programs
