Job Title: Dispatch Incharge

Job Overview The Dispatch Incharge will manage end-to-end outbound logistics, dispatch operations,

and transport management. This role ensures timely, cost-eective, and accurate shipment of materials while maintaining high packaging and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Transportation & Vehicle Booking

• Negotiate competitive freight rates with third-party logistics providers and local transporters to minimize freight costs.
Source and book appropriate vehicles based on cargo volume, weight, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate transport schedules to ensure zero downtime or transit delays.
Packaging & Documentation

• Prepare accurate packing lists matching sales orders and customer specifications.
Supervise secure packaging to prevent material damage, shortfalls, or transit losses.
Coordinate directly with the Finance team to generate accurate invoices and dispatch documentation (E-Way bills, LRs).
Loading & Quality Control

• Inspect materials before and during loading to verify part numbers,



batch details, quality, and exact quantities.
Supervise physical loading on trucks to ensure secure weight distribution and cargo safety.
Reconcile physical loaded items against the generated packing list to guarantee zero shipment shortfalls.
Workforce & Resource Management

• Plan daily manpower requirements based on dispatch targets and workload.
Oversee shift allocations and manage floor sta and contractual loaders eiciently.
Maintain a clean, protected, and organized loading bay area.

Qualifications & Key Skills
Experience: 24 years in dispatch, warehouse operations, or outbound logistics.
Core Competencies: Freight rate negotiation, packing list accuracy, physical inventory verification, team handling.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Tally, or custom WMS) and MS Excel.
Soft Skills: Solid coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
