Lead electrical design and development of hydro generators, excitation systems, and auxiliary systems. Review and approve engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
Manage modernization, uprating, rehabilitation, and reverse-engineering projects.
Provide technical support for bidding, project execution, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Ensure compliance with IEC, IEEE, ISO, and customer-specific standards.
Coordinate with customers, consultants, OEMs, and manufacturing teams.
Lead root cause analysis and reliability improvement initiatives.
Mentor and develop engineering teams while driving technical excellenc
Preferred candidate profile
Electrical machine design and analysis tools , experience with electrical design and generator, mandatory qualification is B.tech Electrical engineering.
