About the Role

Clearhire is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist on behalf of RebornX. The candidate will be responsible for managing digital marketing activities, strengthening online presence, and generating measurable business leads.

Key Responsibilities
Manage social media channels and create engaging content
Plan and execute Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital campaigns
Manage SEO, website content, and online visibility
Generate leads through digital marketing campaigns
Track campaign performance, traffic, leads, and conversions
Prepare straightforward performance reports and identify areas for improvement
Coordinate with internal teams, designers, and external agencies when required

Requirements
2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing




Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media
Positive understanding of Google Analytics/GA4 and digital marketing metrics
Strong content, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced, small-team environment

Expectations
Ownership of campaigns end-to-end, from planning to performance reporting
Consistent, data-backed decision-making rather than guesswork
Timely delivery of content, campaigns, and reports without follow-ups needed
Proactive coordination with designers/agencies to keep timelines on track
Comfortable working independently with minimal hand-holding in a small team

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
