Your mandate
Hire and build a team of high-agency developers
Own a product/module end-to-end
Ship meaningful features every week
Tinker, test, iterate, and improve continuously
Make rapid technical decisions and remove blockers
Stay close enough to the code to help the team move faster
Keep the system you own getting better every week
Who we’re looking for
Solid engineering background
Proven ability to hire and lead developers
High bias for action and experimentation
Comfortable working in a rapid-moving startup setting
Measures progress by what gets shipped
Low bureaucracy, high ownership
Location: On-site, Bangalore This is a builder role, not a coordination role.
