Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draughtsman to prepare accurate architectural, interior, and construction drawings based on project requirements and design concepts.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed 2D and 3D architectural, interior, and construction drawings.
Develop plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and detailed drawings.
Prepare furniture layouts, flooring layouts, ceiling plans, and other interior drawings.
Convert design concepts and sketches into accurate technical drawings.
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and site teams.
Incorporate revisions and modifications based on design and site requirements.
Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and construction standards.
Prepare detailed drawings for site execution and fabrication.
Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, levels, and technical details.




Maintain proper drawing records and document revisions.
Assist the project team with technical drawing requirements and site clarifications.

Requirements
2–8 years of experience as a Draughtsman, preferably in Interiors, Architecture, or Construction.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp/Revit is an advantage.
Valuable understanding of architectural and interior construction details.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive knowledge of dimensions, materials, and construction methods.
Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with project teams.
