EHS High-Rise Project | L&T;

Experience: 5 –12 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. – Safety / Civil / Mechanical preferred

Industry: Construction / Infrastructure / Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

Manage EHS activities for high-rise construction projects.
Ensure compliance with EHS policies, statutory requirements and project safety standards.
Conduct site inspections, safety audits, risk assessments and toolbox talks.
Handle safety for work at height, scaffolding, lifting & rigging, excavation, formwork, rebar and concreting.
Implement PTW (Permit to Work) and ensure protected work practices.
Investigate incidents/near misses and implement corrective actions.




Conduct emergency preparedness and safety training.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and project teams.
Maintain EHS documentation, reports, checklists and compliance records.
Monitor PPE, housekeeping, access control and overall site safety.
