We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist / Executive who has robust knowledge of digital marketing concepts, social media management, CRM/WhatsApp marketing, content creation, and graphic/video designing.
The ideal candidate should be creative, digitally savvy, and capable of managing social media campaigns while creating engaging visual and written content.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
Manage social media platforms including LinkedIn and Facebook.
Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content.
Manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns using platforms such as Interakt and AiSensy.
Handle CRM tools and customer communication campaigns.
Create engaging photos, graphics, reels, videos, and other digital content.
Edit photos and videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and corporate communication.
Develop creative content aligned with the company's brand identity.
Prepare social media calendars and ensure timely posting.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports/insights.
