Bachelor s/Master s degree in Education or a relevant field.
EYFS/Montessori/Reggio Emilia trained
Relevant experience in Early Years education, preferably in an IB or international school workplace .
Prior experience in a coordination or leadership role is mandatory
Robust understanding of early childhood pedagogy, child development, and inquiry-based learning.
