Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, social media marketing, paid advertising, and campaign performance analysis to drive quality inquiries and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram),LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Generate quality leads for residential real estate projects through paid and organic marketing.
Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing activities.
Create, monitor, and optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead.
Coordinate with the creative team for social media posts, banners, videos, and promotional content.
Manage website content and ensure regular updates for better user experience and SEO.




Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills
Robust experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
Experience in lead generation and campaign optimization.
Hands-on experience with social media marketing and content planning.
Excellent analytical,communication, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and digital marketing reporting tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile
5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
Proven track record of generating quality leads through digital campaigns.
Solid understanding of real estate customer acquisition and online marketing strategies.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
