Job Responsibilities
Receive and verify dispatch orders as per customer requirements and sales orders.
Prepare and process invoices, delivery challans, and other dispatch-related documents using the computer system.
Make accurate computer entries for dispatch, invoice, order details, and stock movement.
Check products, quantities, batch numbers, and other details before dispatch as per the order.
Coordinate with the concerned departments for order preparation and timely dispatch.
Perform packing of orthopaedic implants, instruments, and other products as per company procedures.
Assist in loading and unloading of materials and dispatch packages whenever required.
Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and protected packing of products.
Maintain dispatch records and update the status of dispatched orders.
Coordinate with courier/transport agencies for timely shipment and delivery.
Ensure that the correct material is dispatched against the correct customer order.




Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the dispatch area.
Follow company quality, safety, and documentation procedures.
Perform other dispatch-related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
Basic knowledge of invoice and dispatch documentation.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle physical work such as packing, loading, and unloading when required.
Attention to detail and accuracy in order and invoice processing.
Previous experience in dispatch, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing will be an advantage.
